Hi, I’m Anne-Marie Brindley!
I'm a business coach, mentor, and former police officer with a deep understanding of service, transition, and reinvention.
I served in the police for 19 years before retiring due to an injury on duty, then went on to train new recruits for three years. I also spent 16 years working in local government—so I truly understand the structure, culture, and challenges of public service life.
Alongside my full-time roles, I built successful businesses in transport and property from the ground up. I know what it’s like to juggle responsibilities, pivot careers, and take bold steps into something new.
